Water color definitely has a more painterly feel. You can see brush strokes that add texture to areas. I happy with how the blue brick wall turned out. I painted that in short choppy brush strokes to imitate rectangular shapes of the bricks. Also, I took advantage of changing the wall and bucket color. I was worried that the blue wall would be too much blue in the picture, but it worked out. I like the bucket too. An informed viewer could make the connection to the Bangladesh flag. I will add this color choice to my final piece.
